The Uncomfortable Challenge is an annual fundraising event which takes place in July.
Let’s face it…
Growth doesn’t come from comfort. And the things we often run from are usually the same things that keep us feeling stuck.
The Uncomfortable Challenge is about taking back control — recognising discomfort, but choosing to embrace it. It’s about consciously doing hard things to build the tools and resilience we need when life gets hard.

Daily, weekly, or one big challenge. The only catch? It has to be uncomfortable to you.

Try a new class
Eg. Hot Yoga, Pilates, Boxing
Embrace the cold
Cold exposure for at least 5 minutes each day
Run 10km each day
Just say "G'day"
Introduce yourself to someone new
Dance in public
Early riser
Get up each morning before 4am
Read at least 10 pages of a book each day
Fashionista
Wear clothing you wouldn't typically wear for a full day
Face past trauma
Learn a new skill
Eg. Playing an instrument, juggling, martial arts
Gratitude Journal
Each day write down at least 3 things you're grateful for

Find a quiet place and scream out loud (harder than it seems)
