Speak & Share is a proactive, preventative mental health charity driving a cultural shift, where silence is replaced by open dialogue, and stigma is dismantled by meaningful connection. On a mission to become one of Australia’s most impactful mental health advocacy organisations, Speak & Share educates and empowers communities with the tools and strategies they need so that no one in Australia faces the devastating impacts of mental health in isolation. 

Where funds go

All proceeds from donations and fundraising for The Uncomfortable Challenge support Speak & Share, to provide mental health tools and resources to Australian's in need.

Speak & Share is an ACNC-registered charity authorised by the Australian Tax Office as a deductible gift recipient.

Speak & Share is on a mission to influence the community culture and educate on mental health strategies so that family, friends and the community should never again see any one in Australia suffer from the devastating impacts of mental health.
