As an athlete, I understand the pressure that comes with constantly performing, staying disciplined, and pushing through challenges both on and off the field. While sport has given me incredible opportunities, it has also shown me the importance of protecting and prioritising mental health.
I’m passionate about being part of a community that encourages open conversations, breaks down stigma, and reminds people that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. This July, I will be participating in The Uncomfortable Challenge in hope to use my platform and experiences to inspire others to speak up, support one another, and recognise that mental wellbeing is just as important as physical performance.
