Challenge Decided!

Hey everyone! I've decided that my uncomfortable challenge will be to have a sip in the ocean every day during July, and for a couple of travel days where I'm nowhere near the ocean, I'll have a cold shower. I am very much not looking forward to the cold, as I love my hot showers, but looking forward to seeing how putting myself in these uncomfortable situations will change me over the month. Bring it on!
